About Us

Rossiter Homes and Developments is a husband and wife based company which began building in 1991 in and around the Launceston & Northern Tasmania area.

The Director's Leigh and Karenne Rossiter specialise in quality spec, contract homes and unit developments together with extensions, renovations and light commercial jobs.

The company began operating from the family home and later moved into the Home Ideas Centre in Launceston where they fast became one of Northern Tasmania’s most respected and reputable domestic builders.

With the growth of the company Rossiter Homes made the decision in 2002 to purchase Hiddings Joinery incorporating the two businesses and moving the company to their current location in Legana housing a recently upgraded modern showroom and large joinery factory enabling Rossiter Homes to complete all components of your home/extension in-house to our very own high quality standards.
